Do not use other types of water reducers or superplasticizers to mix with JLY-05 series. JLY-05 series water reducer is compatible with selected JLY series retarder, air-entraining agents.Consult with us for advice.
Dosage of JLY-05 should be decided according to the mix design, ambient temperature, the required water reducing rate and materials. A recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.6% of the total cementitious materials . Trial mixes should be made to determine the optimum dosage.
Stored in a dry place with a normal temperature(below 40℃),no stacking or great pressure to avoid caking. This product shall be transported according to general chemical products.
JLY-05 can be stored for 12 months at temperatures between 0 ℃ and 40 ℃ in tightly sealed original packages. Use it within 60 days after opening the package.
JLY-05 Powdery type series is available in 25kgs/bag
Health: JLY-05 does not contain any hazardous substances need to be labeled.It is safe for use with standard precautions followed in the construction industry, such as use of hand gloves, safety goggles, etc.
